About CPPC
The Catholic Psychology and Psychotherapy Conference brings together Catholic mental health professionals – psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, coaches, and pastoral workers – for a day of serious intellectual and professional engagement rooted in Catholic anthropology and values.
It is the first event of its kind in London, and is intended as a founding moment for sustained collaboration between the two co-producing organisations. The day runs from morning registration to a close at quarter past five at St Joseph's Hall, Brompton Oratory, and delegates are warmly invited to the Vigil Mass in the Oratory church afterwards.
ICATC
The International Catholic Association of Therapy and Coaching was founded by Leonor de Escoriaza and Ramon Fonte and is an international association with members across multiple countries. It maintains a directory of vetted Catholic professionals, a principles framework, and a code of ethics, and has an established track record of events, including a successful London gathering in October 2025.
ICATC brings its international network, its directory membership, and its professional framework to the conference.
Catholics in Psychology
Catholics in Psychology UK & Ireland is a network founded in 2022 by Samuel Chan and Alys Winstanley. Their vision is to build a community of Catholics working or studying within the field of psychology who strive to integrate their professional practice and ground their work in a Catholic understanding of the human person. Their inaugural conference was held in Dublin in October 2025 which drew professionals and students from various fields.
